Bronwyn graduated from law with an Honours degree in 1989 and commenced employment with one of Sydney's largest law firms working in the areas of litigation, banking and intellectual property. Following this she accepted a position working under the Director of Public Prosecutions in New South Wales, gaining extensive experience in criminal law matters. Bronwyn subsequently moved to another firm where she gained extensive experience in family law prior to setting up her own practice in Sydney's Lower North Shore in 1997.
As Principal of Bronwyn Hay Solicitor & Attorney, she has successfully represented clients in various areas of law and has come to know the best Barristers in Sydney. Accordingly, Bronwyn has achieved a very high success rate for her clients whilst offering them support and understanding.
Bronwyn has extensive advocacy experience in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the Local, District, Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal, Coronial matters, the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, the Federal Court, Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court and the Children's Court. Bronwyn is also experienced in dealing with many overseas jurisdictions.
